I am getting error code 403. Forbidden access error when i try to access livejournal. any idea y???

oh i've been having weird dreams. first one was when i was in my hc uniform nack in hcco . then i saw nicholas, nelson and mingswin, talk for a while, then went out of sch, then saw kel ng and lixiang. then i rmb asking lixiang how her maths revision was doing (something abt Laplance law i believe).
The next one was something about co. hm can't really rmb.
