New year doesn't seem like a new year when u're still stuck in the same school year. it doesn't even feel like 2007. but that's not the main pt of this entry.
NS is the time when boys supposedly become men. well i of cos disagree, but i must say that this year has been a 'growing' year for me. not in terms of maturity or physically, since someone said i had the mentality of a 5 year old (but there's always a 3-year old i can mock!); and height, 'nuff said. But in terms of independence. it's the period where u realise (or imagine) that u can start doing things on your own, and stop relying on friends and family. well it worked out fine. but started to go wrong when u finally realise that u still crave for some attention, which by now people might have become accustomed to your independence, and thus show less concern that you hope they will.
oh btw, if you think this is about you, it's probably not. so dun worry.
er. that's about all for my rants. oh and i'm not really unhappy or anything. just ranting with the spare time i got since simpsons and friends is taken up by the 2 hr special of american idol. which is so boring.

heyy.. referrig back to ur previous post '活在自己熟悉的圈子里
的确更自在.'.. here's what bertrand russel said: the ife of the instinctive man is shut up within the circle of his private interests: family and friends may be included, but the outer world is not regarded except as it may hel or hinder what comes within the circle of instinctive wishes. In such a lfe there is something feverish and confined, in comparisoon with which the pilosophic life is calm and free.
