_Pals_

how does one differentiate (no. not dy/dx -_-) a friend and an acquaintance (ok i had to check word for spelling, i suck) ? people might say a friend is one who you can open up to and share your innermost thots.

But well, i'd say this criteria's way too high for me.

---------------------------------------------------------
(ok dun kill me) so let's say friends = (what i said above), people i know > 0

so, differentiating (people i know) with respect to (friends), and equating it to 0, i find a turning point with happens to be a very small number and it's a maximum point. (i differentiated again, d^2y/dx^2 <> 0,

Since people i know>0, 0 < friends < very small number

---------------------------------------------------------

-_-. tt was crap. what i wanted to say was i suppose i should be happy i have many friends/ accquaintaces that i can have fun with and sometimes go crazy with.

But opening up? i'd rather keep to myself. it's safer. =\
